Listening, Living
Please humor us for a moment — we want to share a goodly amount of photos from a two-and-a-half-day journey in to the heart of Morocco. As Ismail our translator unspooled the country’s people and places, we drank it in — the faces, the language, the smells, the colors, the weather, extreme poverty, extreme wealth … and the experience was deeply moving.
Hi All,
I’ve been reading your blogs daily and feel so fortunate to be able to share in your experience through your awesome writings and fabulous pictures. My heart still breaks every time I think about Barcelona, but there is SO MUCH more than “things”. The journey is what it is all about. I love the Moroccan pictures – feel as though I’ve been there (one country I haven’t gotten to!) It’s a truly amazing planet, isn’t it! Hugs to you all, Kathy B. P.S. The old saying: “God works in mysterious ways” is so true, n’est pas? Absorb life!!!!!!!!
Hurrying to start my day I almost missed something special…So glad I “humored” you and spent time looking at that wonderful album of pictures from Morocco. I learned a lot just seeing what you all were doing in this fascinating country! So a propos to the season. A time to pause and wonder. Thank you.
