The Assault, The Ruins
It’s true: the boys and I had a 2-on-2 Nerf gun battle inside the ruins of the ancient city of Perge … where Saint Paul and Barnabas surely traveled on their first missionary journey. Our first game was delayed indefinitely by a wandering tour group. The second game was won by W and E — their sniper position atop a crumbling wall proved too tough to conquer.
No priceless ruins were damaged in our games. No civilians were hit. No Nerf bullets were lost.
…and the fact that no Nerf bullets were lost is most remarkable!
