Last night, Dad and I went to an awesome restaurant called Carnivore.  When you sit down, they tell you that there is no menu, the meal starts with soup and bread, then they hand you a metal plate that is burning hot, and then they start bringing the meats!!!  The waiters keep coming to you with different kinds of meat on spears and holding huge carving knives. When they put the first piece on our plates, it was sizzling because it was so hot!!  The meal only ends when you take down a small flag at the top of  the sauces as a sign of surrender!

The types of meat are; Rump steak, spicy cougette, pork spare ribs, lamb, plain pork, chicken yakitori, pork sauseges, chicken piripiri, turkey chicken wings, chicken livers and gizzards, ox balls, beef sauseges, lamb chops, lamb ribs, and exotic meats; crocodile and ostrich!

It was an AWESOME experience!!

Crocodile was my favorite!

Two days ago we went to see the Howards in Belgium.  We toured the whole day with our tour guide, Mr Howard!  We saw (and had) lots of things from the European Union to eating the best french fries in the world!  We also saw the world-famous statue of a boy :)  My dad wouldn’t let me post the full name but I’m sure you know what I’m talking about :):)!! PEE PEEII PEEIII WAFFLES

The Howards also had two boys, 7 and 9.  And the first thing they said was, We’re going to get waffles tomorrow!  They were  so excited!  So the next day we went to a market to a stand selling waffles.  Mr. Howard said this was the best place in Belgium to get Belgian Waffles!!  They were so good!!  They were like half sugar and they melted in your mouth!!!  They were the best waffles I’d ever had!
